Dr. Jennifer Melfi (played by Lorraine Bracco) is the therapist to Tony Soprano in the HBO series The Sopranos.  She is a dedicated psychiatrist, Dr. Melfi sometimes has conflicting feelings about his status as her patient but genuinely tries to help him overcome his panic attacks.  Though her role expands outside of their therapy sessions, much of Dr. Melfi's time on the series is in her office where she sports a number of different professional outfits.  Her clothing includes pants suits and skirt suits, and often incorporates a different color blouse and patent pumps.
