In Corpse Bride, Emily (voiced by Helena Bonham Carter) is an undead bride who pursues Victor Van Dort after he inadvertently proposes to her. Despite the differences in their mortality, Emily manages to convince Victor to end his life so that they can marry in the Land of the Dead.

Amethyst is able to shapeshift into a purple Abominable Snowman-like creature known as the Purple Puma, who’s her wrestling alter ego. She uses wrestling as an outlet to blow off steam, especially when Pearl and Garnet get on her case.

In Scream Queens, Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) is president of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority and leader of the clique, The Chanels. She has no problem saying what’s on her mind and it’s usually not nice. Though her words can cut, we’re not sure if that necessarily makes her the Red Devil killer.

In Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Maya Fey comes from a family of spirit mediums and has the ability to channel spirits into her body. When Maya is accused of murdering her sister, Mia Fey, Phoenix Wright helps to defend her case.

In Wet Hot American Summer, Gary (A.D. Miles) is the unlucky apprentice to Gene. Unlucky because while peeling potatoes, he must listen to Gene whisper crazy nothings into his ears.

Robbie Stacey Valentino (voiced by T.J. Miller) is the moody, temperamental teenager of Gravity Falls who lives with his parents at their funeral home. He’s Wendy’s ex and the lead guitarist in his band Robbie V. and the Tombstones.

In Steven Universe, Ruby is Crystal Gem who has the ability to fuse with Sapphire to form Garnet. As her appearance suggests, she has a fiery, short temper which can literally turn her into a hot-head.
