Alex and his droogs didn’t make a lot of wise choices in A Clockwork Orange. In fact, even their attire was questionable. If you’ve always wanted a reason to wear your jockstrap on the outside of your pants, then dressing like a droog is for you. Complete the outfit with a bowler hat and cane but then stop there, this is one costume where acting the part is discouraged.

Wario is an exaggerated and more malicious appearing version of Mario. Even his name is derived from a combination of Mario’s name and the Japanese word for bad, warui. His outfit is also very similar to Mario’s but just in a different color combination.

It’s a me, Mario! Mario is a plump, Italian plumber who’s quest is to save Princess Peach from Bowser. Along the way he’s collected several powers such as throwing fire and ice balls, flying, and becoming invincible. He’s also collected a number of fashionable outfits including a frog suit, a tanooki suit, and a penguin suit.

Kiki is a 13-year-old witch who leaves her village for the big city with her black cat Jiji by her side. There she supports herself by setting up a delivery service for the local bakery, making the most of her ability to fly. Being a witch has its perks.

Wicked gives the backstory of Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz. Born with green skin, she’s is neglected in favor of her beautiful sister Nessarose. When Elphaba starts college, she’s ignored in favor of her popular roommate Galinda. When they’re ready to fly, Galinda gets a bubble while Elphaba gets a dirty broomstick. How’s that fair?

Charlie Sheen stars in Major League as pitcher Rick Vaughn. When the Cleveland Indians owner wants to put out the worst team possible, they hire a cast of misfits including Vaughn. He has an amazing arm but lacks control, earning the nickname Wild Thing. That is, until he takes an eye exam and is fitted with skull-and-crossbones glasses.

A League of Their Own stars Geena Davis, Madonna, and Rosie O’Donnell as members of the Rockford Peaches, a team in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. Go ahead and try sliding for home plate in this dress, but just remember that there’s no crying in baseball.

John Hammond had good intentions when he decided to resurrect dinosaurs but as we all know things didn’t go as planned. However, John did somehow manage to keep his clothes relatively white despite all of the chaos. If you’re bold enough to pull off an all white wardrobe, perhaps you’re also willing to test your craft skills and recreate John Hammond’s famous amber mosquito cane. Don’t worry, no one will expect you to clone a T-Rex.
