Pepa Madrigal (voiced by Carolina Gaitán) is a member of the magical Madrigal family in the Disney animated film Encanto.  The aunt of Mirabel, Isabela, and Luisa, Pepa possesses a magical power that allows her to control the weather.  Her husband, Félix, has no magical ability of his own, but his fun-loving attitude helps balance out his wife's moods so her powers don't get out of control.  It's pretty easy to find Pepa's dress made for a children's costume, but if you're looking to create her outfit as an adult, focus on finding dresses with similar colors and silhouettes like yellows and oranges with ruffles.
