In the Netflix drama Squid Game, contestants like Seong Gi-Hun and Kang Sae-Byeok compete in children's games, surrounded by armed guards and under the threat of death. The first game they play is red light, green light, opposite Mugunghwa Girl, named for the Korean version of the children's game.
