He uses clips from an old Hollywood movie to converse with the delivery boy, giving off the impression that he’s an adult. When the delivery boy asks for a tip, Kevin speeds up the movie to a gun scene. Believing the gunshots are real, the delivery boy sprints away. This cleverness makes pizza delivery scene one the most famous in the movie, and a similar scene occurs again in Home Alone 2.
