Mr. Perkins from Despicable Me

Mr. Perkins (voice by Will Arnett) is the main villain of Despicable Me. He makes an appearance as a minor antagonist in Minions. Unlike most cartoon villains he keeps a cool head. But he is otherwise the epitome of cartoon evil. He even runs the Bank of Evil. You can’t get much more, well, evil than that.

It is surprisingly easy to dress as this villain supreme. He has good taste, which helps. A rich blue three-piece suit is accented by a light grey button down and teal accessories. Black dress shoes are understated enough not to take away from the rest of his look. His hair, though, is another matter. Mr. Perkins is largely bald save for a ring of hair that poke up on either side of his head like horns. It’s a unique hair style that might be easier to recreate using a bald cap, grey wool roving, and glue than it is to buy pre-made.

America from Hetalia

“I’m the hero!” Alfred F. Jones, also known as America or U.S, is a main character in Hetalia: Axis Powers. He is the personification of America: patriotic, heroic, and a natural born leader. Yet his confidence can come off as cockiness, and seems to poke his nose into everyone’s business. England had once seen him like a younger brother, but their separation has caused a rift in their relationship. America is often seen with a hamburger and soda pop, flashing a thumbs up. The “50” on the back of his bomber jacket represents the 50 states.

Italy Hetalia

Italy from Hetalia

Italia Veneziano, also known as North Italy, is a main character in Hetalia: Axis Powers. Everyone thought he was a girl because of his high voice, but they realized otherwise when his voice dropped mid-song. He is cheerful and energetic, yet quite ditzy and sensitive. This annoys Germany because he prefers to wander off rather than listen to his commands. North Italy loves food, namely pasta. He carries a white flag because he often surrenders to other countries. Pair this costume with black shoes and you’re set!

Tuco Salamanca from Breaking Bad

Tuco Salamanca from Breaking Bad

Tuco Salamanca (played by Raymond Cruz) is the quite possibly the most dangerous of all the drug dealers on Breaking Bad. Unless a person owns his absolute trust and loyalty – usually a feat reserved for older members of his family – Tuco has no objections to killing people. Even his near and dear are not safe if they disrespect him or someone he cares about.

For all the danger he presents, Tuco is a very savvy businessman and and ever savvier dresser. He prefers stone washed jeans and dark dress shoes that pair well with patterned shirts and a pair of silver boxing gloves on a chain around his neck. A buzz cut and a fake cigarette complete the cosplay for this volatile criminal!
