bounty hunter

Captain Falcon from F-Zero

Captain Falcon is an F-Zero racer and intergalactic bounty hunter in the F-Zero anime and gaming series.  Captain Falcon is a muscular man who dons several versions of his iconic uniform throughout the evolution of the F-Zero game series, though all of them include similar attributes.  To recreate Captain Falcon’s look, you’ll need yellow boots and gloves, a dark blue bodysuit, and a red helmet.

Lobo

Of all the people in the universe, the last one you want to meet is Lobo. He’s the last known Czarnian – because he wiped out his entire species as a science project. And unless you’re Al or Darlene – the owner and waitress in his favorite diner – or a dolphin (the one animal he has a soft spot for) he’s not going to hesitate to wipe you out either.

He first appeared in a 1983 Omega Men comic and has been running from fight to fight ever since. Though you can be sure he’s only running so he doesn’t miss any of the really bloody bits.

Lobo doesn’t wear much which is funny for a man who spends most of his time in fights. Then again he race was nearly immortal before he wiped them out. Of course his clothes don’t make for the best armor. But they do make for a pretty easy cosplay.

A long black wig is a good starting point. From there you can either use a grey bodysuit and body paint or just body paint to get Lobo’s greyish-blue skin tone. Then add in some black leather pants and leather boots. You’ll also want a pair of knee protectors decorated with a red star you’ll have to paint on by hand. Finish up with some costume chains to use against your enemies and you’re ready to chase mayhem too!

Greef Karge from The Mandalorian

Greef Karga from The Mandalorian

Greef Karga (played by Carl Weathers) is the head of the bounty hunters in the Hunters’ Guild. He hands out the assignments and ensures that the clients pay the hunters. Unless, that is, one of the hunters runs off with bounty. Then things get a little messy.

Copying Greef Karga’s look takes a little bit of work. Most Star Wars costumes aren’t easy to recreate from your typical closet and Karga’s is no different. You can get close, though. Brown leather pants and a light brown undershirt set up your base layers. Over that you’ll want to add a brown leather vest and a brown leather tunic-style coat. Over the waist of your pants you’ll want to add brown fabric for a belt pad and then a brown leather belt. Brown leather boots and black gloves finish the look while a tracking fob, bounty puck, and official license get you ready to go after your own bounties!

John Ruth

Whether fugitives are wanted dead or alive, he chooses the extra labor of bringing them to justice alive, so that executioners can also continue to earn a pay. His latest bounty as Daisy Domergue, who he’s escorting to Red Rock, Wyoming.

Major Marquis Warren

In The Hateful Eight, Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson) is a Union officer turned bounty hunter. While transporting three dead bounties, he becomes trapped in a blizzard, until a stagecoach carrying fellow bounty hunter John Ruth and fugitive Daisy Domergue serendipitously crosses his path.

Boba Fett

In The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett is a mysterious bounty hunter who is hired by Darth Vader to hunt down Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon. Even though he makes only a brief appearance, Boba Fett is one of the most popular characters from the Star Wars universe.

Zero Suit Samus

In Metroid, Samus Aran is an intergalactic bounty hunter out to get the Space Pirates and their leader Ripley. You were probably shocked the first time Samus removed her helmet to reveal that she’s a woman, but there’s no mistaking it when she’s wearing her Zero Suit.
