Arwin Hawkhauser (Brian Stepanek) is a recurring side character in Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. He is the nerdy oddball engineer at the Tipton Hotel. Arwin is also an aspiring inventor. He is childlike in many aspects, such as sleeping with a sock monkey and enjoying picture books. He has a giant crush on Carey Martin, the lounge singer and mother to Zack and Cody, but never acts upon it. Use the sharpies to write “Arwin” on a name tag, and feel free to decorate and stuff the pockets of your coveralls with various paraphernalia.

In Adventures in Babysitting, Dawson (Vincent D’Onofrio) is a mechanic who looks a lot like Thor, and not only to Sara, who idolizes the Norse superhero. He may even be the Norse superhero. But that doesn’t mean he’ll give you a $5 discount on your car repair.
