The Black Knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail
The Black Knight (portrayed by John Cleese) is a minor character in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The defender of a small bridge, he declares the King Arthur and his knights, “none shall pass,” before suffering the loss of most of his limbs at the hands of the King. There are some Black Knight costumes that exist, if you’d like one that includes the loss of a limb, though none are a perfect replica. Add boots, gloves, and a long sword to complete the costume or create your own with a black helmet, black and red knights’ robes, and black leggins.
