Neopolitan (School Disguise) from RWBY
Neo is a major antagonist in the online series RWBY, created by Rooster Teeth. While she doesn’t speak, she does technically have some small sounds that she makes, which are provided by Casey Lee Williams in English, and by Konomi Fujimura in Japanese.
She has the ability to change her appearance into whatever she wishes, due to her Semblance ‘Overactive Imagination’, and uses this for many infiltration purposes. During volume 3, she joins in with the rest of Cinder’s team to sneak into Beacon and take part in the Vytal Festival Tournament, though we only see her in this disguise in one very brief scene.
Neo’s normally tri-colored hair is changed to black for this disguise, and worn up in two long pigtails, tied with white bows. Her eyes are green upon first seeing her, but right at the moment of attack, she lets her heterochromia show, and you can see her pink and brown eyes again. Her shirt is a black, sleeveless crop stop with a high collar, tied with a black ribbon, and topped with white ruffle accents. The bottom half appears to be a black and white paneled skirt (the angle makes it very difficult to tell if they’re shorts or a skirt), with a white belt at the top and white ribbon detailing along the side. The outfit is finished off with elbow-length black gloves, white and black leg warmers, and black boots with her symbol on the bottom.
Penny Polendina (Formal Dress) from RWBY
Penny (voiced in English by Taylor McNee and in Japanese by Megumi Han) is an important secondary character in the animated series, RWBY.
This is the formal dress outfit that she wears in the episode ‘Dance Dance Infiltration’ in Volume 2.
Penny has short, bobbed, orange hair, with a large pink hairbow clip at the back, and bright green eyes. We only see a very brief shot of her in this dress, and it’s a bit of a tricky color to match, so I’d recommend very carefully dyeing this white one into a close enough pale green shade. The shoes are a similar color of green, but the chosen ones should match just fine. The dress is finished off with a thin, black band-belt.
Blake Belladonna (Formal Dress) from RWBY
Blake (voiced in English by Aaryn Zech and in Japanese by Yū Shimamura) is one of the main title characters of the animated series RWBY.
This is the formal dress outfit that she wears in the episode ‘Dance Dance Infiltration’ in Volume 2.
Blake has very long black hair (at this point) that she wears a hairbow headband over (in certain shots it’s black, in others it’s this tealy-green? So personal choice on that one), and she has golden eyes. For her formal outfit, she wears a deep purple dress with a slit up the side, a mesh top, black wristbands, and black pumps.
Yang Xiao Long (Formal Dress) from RWBY
Yang (voiced in English by Barbara Dunkelman and in Japanese by Ami Koshimizu) is one of the main title characters of the animated series RWBY.
This is the formal dress outfit that she wears in the episode ‘Dance Dance Infiltration’ in Volume 2.
Yang has long golden hair, and purple eyes. Her outfit is understated compared to her usual flair, with her dress being a white v-neck halter style, hemmed with grey, with accompanying white pumps as the shoes.
Weiss Schnee (Formal Dress) from RWBY
Weiss (voiced in English by Kara Eberle and in Japanese by Yōko Hikasa) is one of the main title characters of the animated series RWBY.
This is the formal dress outfit that she wears in the episode ‘Dance Dance Infiltration’ in Volume 2.
Weiss has long white hair, worn up in a side ponytail and topped with a spiked hair piece. She has blue eyes, one with a light scar across it, and she’s wearing long thin bar earrings. For her formal outfit, she has a white dress with side cutouts and a mesh strap top, and she wears white pumps to finish off the look.
Ruby Rose (Formal Dress) from RWBY
Ruby Rose (voiced in English by Lindsay Jones and in Japanese by Saori Hayami) is the main protagonist of the animated series RWBY.
This is the formal dress outfit that she wears in the episode ‘Dance Dance Infiltration’ in Season 2.
Ruby has black hair with red highlights, and silver eyes. For this outfit, she wears a red dress with a mesh top and black accents, and a black belt piece. It’s finished off with greyish tights, and black pumps.
David from Camp Camp
David is a character in the comedy web series, Camp Camp. He is a counselor at Camp Campbell. Optimistic and kind-hearted, he is eager to show people the bright side of camping. His enthusiasm clashes with other characters, but that doesn’t deter his goal to make kids what joy camping can bring.
Dr. Arthur Watts from RWBY
Dr. Arthur Watts (voiced by Christopher Sabat in English) is an antagonist introduced during Volume 4 of the animated series RWBY. Dr. Watts is a disgraced former scientist who initially faked his own death before reappearing. His colleagues include Cinder Fall, the current Fall Maiden, and Tyrian Callows. Dr. Watts is middle-aged, with the greying hair to prove it. He sports a full mustache and wears a grey suit with burgundy accessories and a golden-yellow shirt. Finding an exact match for his tailcoat is tricky, so don’t be afraid to be interpretive; a plain grey suit with the right accessories will do just fine, or you could opt for a stand collar blazer instead to get a little closer to his look on the show.
Tyrian Callows from RWBY
Tyrian Callows (voiced by Josh Grelle in English) is an associate of Dr. Arthur Watts and a supporting antagonist in the anime series RWBY. Tyrian has gold eyes and a long braid. If your hair isn’t long enough to style in this way, you have a few options available. First, you could purchase a long brown wig and braid it yourself; otherwise, if your hair is long enough to support a braided ponytail extension, one of those will suffice instead. Tyrian is a sadistic serial killer who often bursts into unprompted bouts of maniacal laughter. His costuming includes a white open-front vest and matching pants, along with bandages on his arms, forearm guards, a chest harness, and brown boots. He disguises his scorpion tail by winding it around his waist like part of his belted harness.
Neon Katt from RWBY
“Never miss a beat!” Neon Katt (Meg Turney) is a highly competitive Huntress in training, whom Team RWBY first encounters during the Vytal Festival competition that pits top student Huntsmen against each other. Naturally, Neon didn’t hesitate to trash talk her opponents and spin around them in rainbow circles, not unlike the Internet meme she’s named for!
