Harley Quinn from Birds of Prey

Harley Quinn aka Harleen Quinzel (played by Margot Robbie) is one of the most fascinating women the DC universe. She started as a love interest and henchwoman to the Joker and later gained her independence. When and how varies from comic run to comic run or show to show. But every time she finds her way to independence and the results are wild, a little dangerous, and always fun. Birds of Prey is the newest addition to Harley’s canon exploits and it is set to be a wild ride. She fully embraces her own unique style in this film. That means a crazy combination of crushed velvet with caution tape and some star-spangled shorts for good measure. Nothing quite matches but with Harley’s wild nature just brings it all together anyway!

Katana

In Suicide Squad, Katana (Karen Fukuhara), whose real name is Tatsu Yamashiro, is an expert martial artist and swordswoman. She wields the mystical Soultaker blade, capable of trapping the souls of its victims.

Deadshot

In the DC Comics universe, Deadshot (Will Smith) is the alter ego of Floyd Lawson, a supervillain turned antihero. He’s a member of the Suicide Squad, valued as the world’s deadliest marksman, though Hawkeye might object to that.

Captain Boomerang

George “Digger” Harkness is a slimy, ugly scumbag who commits crimes by throwing boomerangs…which makes him perfect for the team of misfits and lowlife’s officially known as Task Force X, more commonly known by it’s nickname, “The Suicide Squad”. He may seem like nothing more than a common bank robber who throws toys around, but he has managed to be a match for The Flash and has proven his worth among the likes of lethal assassin Deadshot, the insane Harley Quinn and the monstrous Killer Shark in the Suicide Squad.

Joker in Suicide Squad

In Suicide Squad, Jared Leto puts his spin on The Joker, though it will be tough to top Heath Ledger’s rendition of the maniacal character. This time, the Joker shows more street style with a set of grills and plenty of ink. For the full Joker cosplay, pair this costume with this Joker from Suicide Squad makeup tutorial.

Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad

In Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn is the same crazed psychiatrist turned supervillain, but Margot Robbie’s is different from the usual take on Harleen Quinzel. One that’s less court jester and more of a deranged, bloodthirsty baseball player. To get the face makeup just right, follow this Harley Quinn makeup tutorial.
