Captain James Tiberius Kirk (William Shatner) is a main character in Star Trek: The Original Series. He is the first captain of the Starship Enterprise. Each episode begins with the narration of his captain’s log. His ego and heroic complex often result in violating the prime directive. Despite this, he is a respected leader who always puts his crew first. Kirk is also a known womanizer, hence kissing a sexy alien in any given episode. His closest friends are Spock and Dr. McCoy.

Hawk is a supporting character in the anime Seven Deadly Sins. He is a talking pig who serves as a companion to Meliodas and Elizabeth. Hawk also works at Meliodas’ bar, the Boar Hat, as a custodian. Though prideful and easily annoyed, Hawk cares about his friends.

Brittany S. Pierce (played by Heather Morris) is a cheerleader and member of the New Directions on Glee.  Often portrayed as typical “dumb blonde,” Brittany is emotionally intelligent and openly bisexual.  Eventually, she marries her longtime friend and on-and-off love interest Santana Lopez.  Especially in the early season, Brittany is typically seen wearing her William McKinley High School cheer uniform, possibly with a slushie in hand to throw at glee club members like Rachel Berry, Kurt Hummel, or Artie Abrams before they become friends.

Leila Kalomi (Jill Ireland) was a character in Star Trek: The Original Series, namely in the episode “This Side of Paradise.” Leila was a human botanist in Elias Sandoval’s Omicron colony. When the Starship Enterprise lands in 2261, Leila developed feelings for Spock.  Three years later, she discovered the spores, which protected the planet from deadly rays but also enchanted the colonists into a state of tranquility. She used the spores on Spock as a love potion, yet Captain Kirk reversed the effect by making him angry. Leila attempted to reconcile with Spock, but realizing he was no longer under the spore’s effect, she experienced intense sadness, which reverses the effect too. She was later evacuated to Starbase 27 with the rest of the Omicron colonists.

Black Star is a character in the anime Soul Eater. Former member of the Spartoi and last surviving member of the Star Clan, Black Star is an assassin and shadow weapon meister. He attends Death Weapon Meister Academy, where his weapon partner is Tsubaki Nakatsukasa. Despite being one of the top students, he is loud, arrogant, and immature, with a tendency to exhibit a superiority complex. His additional abilities include wavelength control, madness, and flight.

Dean Craig Pelton (Jim Rash) is a main character in NBC’s sitcom Community. He is the well-meaning, yet bumbling dean of Greendale Community College. He strives to restore the prestige and seriousness of the school in spite of paintball wars and blanket and pillow forts. He has a obvious crush on Jeff Winger. Regarding his sexuality, gay “doesn’t even begin to cover it” and makes up “approximately two sevenths” of what he is. He also has a weird fetish for dalmatians. Minato Namikaze (voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa and Tony Oliver) was the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure.  Also known as the Yellow Flash, Minato was a powerful ninja who died while protecting his village.  Despite being only mentioned for much of the series, Minato plays a key role in the story as the husband of Kushina, father of Naruto, and former sensei of Kakashi Hatake, Obito, and Rin.  Minato wears the standard Konoha jonin uniform, with his Yondaime cape over top.  He often uses kunai knives in tandem with his Flying Thunder God technique in battle.

Ban is a main character in the anime Seven Deadly Sins. He is the immortal Fox sin of Greed and the husband of Elaine, the fairy sister of King. After the sins disbanded, Ban became imprisoned in the Baste Dungeon. When he discovered Meliodas was still alive, he managed to escape and reunite with him. His main power is Snatch, and his main weapon are a pair of silver nunchucks. Selfish and easily excited, Ban usually articulates a singsong type voice.
