The Slipnutz are from the classic Late Night with Conan O’Brien skit The Slipnutz, where Conan mistakenly books a show for Slipnutz rather than heavy metal band Slipknot. The Slipnutz even opened for real life Slipknot at the Continental Arena in 2005.
