Carbon Costume Shipwreck from GI Joe
In GI Joe, Shipwreck (voiced by Neil Ross) is a member of the Joe team. Real name Hector X. Delgado, he grew up near the San Diego Navy Yards and enlisted in the navy at age 16. Accompanied by his loyal parrot Polly, he now serves on the Joe Team where he goes by the simple motto "See the target, shoot the target". His design is said to be inspired by Jack Nicholson's character from The Last Detail.
