John Ambrose McClaren from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before 2
John Ambrose McClaren (played by Jordan Fisher) is Lara Jean Covey’s newest love interest in To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before: P.S. I Still Love You. An intelligent and caring former classmate, John Ambrose volunteers at the same nursing home as Lara Jean. Whether he is hosting the Star Ball in a white tux or bringing pizzas to hangout with his friends (which irritates Lara Jean’s boyfriend, Peter), John Ambrose is always dressed to impress with a winning smile and attitude.
Renfri from Netflix’s The Witcher
In Netflix’s The Witcher series, Renfri (played by Emma Appleton) was born a princess and swore vengeance against Stregobor for his role in her attempted assassination. Stregobor believed Renfri to be a monster because she was born during an eclipse. When Geralt meets Renfri, she is already resolute in her vengeful plan. She dresses to kill Stregobor in a loose-fitting shirt, leather armor, as well as her sword and dagger.
Jaskier from Netflix’s The Witcher
Jaskier (known as Dandelion in the video games and played by Joey Batey) is a bard and friend of Geralt of Rivia on Netflix’s show The Witcher. Jaskier is not only responsible for singing of Geralt’s deeds and penning “Toss a Coin to Your Witcher,” but he also injects some much needed levity into the story of Geralt. Jaskier can often be found wearing brightly colored and elaborately patterned clothing, and he is never without his trusty lute to help him compose his ballads. However, as fans of the video games may notice, he is without his trademark hat in the Netflix series.
Peter Kavinsky from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before 2
Peter Kavinsky (played by Noah Centino) has some competition in To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before: P.S. I Still Love You. When a former classmate, John Ambrose, responds to one of Lara Jean Covey’s letters, his relationship with her becomes a little complicated. Peter is a popular student who plays lacrosse for his high school, and his style is casual and comfortable, but trendy. While he does not prioritize his fashion sense in the same way as Lara Jean, he does his best to look good for their first date. Always thoughtful, he brings flowers for his girlfriend when he picks her up for dinner, and recites poetry to her on Valentine’s Day.
Lara Jean Covey from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before 2
In To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before 2: P.S. I Still Love You, Lara Jean Covey (played by Lana Condor) finds herself having to choose between her dreamy boyfriend Peter Kavinsky and a new love interest who responds to one of her original letters, John Ambrose. While much of Lara’s signature vintage-infused style is seen in the film, she also gets to dress up more for some exciting events including her first date with Peter, a traditional Korean New Year celebration, and a ball she and John Ambrose throw at the nursing home where they both volunteer.
Meg March from Little Women
Meg March (played by Emma Watson) is the eldest daughter of the March family in Little Women. As such, she is the only one of the children who remembers what their family life was like before they lost their fortune, which means she has more of a taste for extravagance and indulgence than her sister Jo. Meg marries sensibly for love, but not before spending much of her time putting on plays with her sisters and attending dances and balls in the most fashionable dresses she can afford (or borrow, in the case of her luxurious pink satin ballgown).
Jo March from Little Women
Jo March (played by Saoirse Ronan) is the main character in Greta Gerwig’s Little Women. The latest adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s beloved novel shows Jo’s journey from young girl to published author. Jo is fierce and outspoken, with a stubborn streak to match, and her clothing is a mix of men’s and women’s fashions from the Civil War era, including a pair of pants worn under her skirt, which makes it easier to run home after speaking with her publisher.
Triss Merigold from Netflix’s The Witcher
Triss Merigold (played by Anna Shaffer) is a Temerian sorceress who asks Geralt for help curing a striga who is also the rightful heir to the throne of Temeria. Triss wears jewel-toned solid color dresses, and has a warm fur coat. Her chandelier earrings are gold with white beads.
Joni Thrombey from Knives Out
Joni Thrombey (played by Toni Collette) is the widow of Harlan Thrombey’s late son Neil and mother of Megan. As a lifestyle guru and social influencer, Joni’s style is punctuated by flowing tops and trendy accessories. Her entire look is soft and ethereal, including her long hair and frosted lips.
Mulan Kato as Green Hornet
In 2018, Dynamite Comics ran a short arc in which the daughter of Kato picked up the mantle of the Green Hornet following the death of Britt Reid. Mulan is a highly skilled martial artist like her father, trained in nearly 500 forms of hand-to-hand combat. Mulan’s Green Hornet costume is a more fitted and updated version of the 1960s adaptation, swapping the trench coat for a stylish asymmetrical top with an attached cape.
