Craig Middlebrooks is a minor character in the NBC sitcom, Parks and Recreation, though he hates being called his name. He took over Leslie Knope's position as director and associate administrator. He is believed to get promoted Head of the Parks Department after Ron Swanson leaves. Craig is just as loud and opinionated as the actor who plays him, aka Billy Eichner from Billy on the Street. Craig is also a wine expert, and was hired by Tom Haverford to be a wine steward at his Bistro. His significant other is Typhoon, whom he eventually marries. Despite his explosive, nihilistic outbursts, he indeed "cares too much," as he is diligent at what he does.
