Dick Dastardly is the villain of the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon Wacky Races and its spinoff series Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines. He's a cartoonishly over-the-top fiend who will stop at nothing to win the race. He's accompanied by his pet dog, Muttley. Dastardly's famous catchphrases include "Drat, drat and double drat!" or "Triple drat!" and even "Curses, foiled again!"
