Helen Park (voiced by Lily Cowles) is a character in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.  She is an MI6 agent eventually recruited to join Russel Adler's team.  To recreate her costume, you'll need a short black wig, brown shoes, and straight leg jeans to start.  Then, layer a bomber jacket over a chunky knit sweater and black turtleneck.  Helen also wears an army green utility belt, which you can customize with as many compartments as you need.
