Carbon Costume Italy from Hetalia
Italia Veneziano, also known as North Italy, is a main character in Hetalia: Axis Powers. Everyone thought he was a girl because of his high voice, but they realized otherwise when his voice dropped mid-song. He is cheerful and energetic, yet quite ditzy and sensitive. This annoys Germany because he prefers to wander off rather than listen to his commands. North Italy loves food, namely pasta. He carries a white flag because he often surrenders to other countries. Pair this costume with black shoes and you're set!
