Oliver Putnam (played by Martin Short) is one of the three main characters in the Hulu series Only Murders in the Building.  A long-time New York City director, Oliver has an outlandish personality, his love for scarves matched only by his affinity for dips.  Along with Charles and Mabel, two of his neighbors, and fellow true-crime junkies, Oliver sets out to solve a murder in his apartment building, the iconic Arconia.  Often seen with a cellphone in hand to record spur-of-the-moment commentary, Oliver's character is almost as colorful as his wardrobe.  When recreating his look, focus on layering dressy clothes with fabulous coats and silk scarves.
