Oz Vessalius (voiced by Junko Minagawa) is the main character of the anime/manga Pandora Hearts.

He is the oldest of the Vessalius children, and after making a contract with Alice, he has the ability to use the chain of the B-Rabbit (though if you're caught up with the manga, this is all very changed). Gil, his childhood best friend, is the one person that helps him contain the B-Rabbit powers so that it doesn't drain him.

Oz has short, fluffy blonde hair, and green eyes. The main outfit we see him wearing throughout the series is a white button up shirt, a red necktie over top, a black layered vest with gold detailing, green plaid shorts, black socks, and brown boots with detail pieces. He also carries around the gold pocketwatch that plays 'Lacie'.
