In Metal Gear Solid, Punished “Venom” Snake is a mercenary commander who led Diamond Dogs and Outer Heaven as one of Big Boss’ most trusted lieutenants. As a medic, he saved Big Boss’s life, losing his left arm and right eye in the process, eventually taking on his identity.

Smoky Quartz

In Steven Universe, Smoky Quartz is the fusion of Steven and Amethyst. They formed for the very first time in their debut episode, “Earthlings”. Smoky wears two crop-top shirts, one similar to Amethyst’s, and one that resembles Steven’s. Steven’s shirt is noticeably stretched due to Smoky Quartz’s size.

Black Panther

In Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther is the superhero identity of T’Challa, the King of Wakanda, a fictional African nation. After eating a mysterious plant poisonous to many non-Wakandans, he gained the peak of human strength and agility on the same level as Captain America. Black Panther is Marvel’s answer to Batman, and cousins with Killmonger.

In Overwatch, Tracer (real name Lena Oxton) is a young ace pilot from the UK. When a flight experiment goes wrong, her molecules become desynchronized from the flow of time. Fortunately, Winston designs a device that anchors her to the present and even gives her the power to control her own time.

Murdoc

In the virtual band Gorillaz created by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, Murdoc Niccals is the fictional bassist and vocalist. He is the most responsible for forming Gorillaz, and for that he’s always angry that he’s not the frontman of the band.

In Overwatch, D.Va (real name Hana Song) is a former professional gamer from South Korea. After the Omnic crisis, she was drafted into the military, to pilot MEKA mech suits in defense of her nation.
