Melissa Shield from My Hero Academia: Two Heroes

Melissa (voiced in Japanese by Mirai Shida and in English by Erica Mendez) is one of the main characters in the first movie in the My Hero Academia franchise, Two Heroes.

She is the daughter of Professor David Shield and is also an inventor herself, offering her assistance and inventions to Izuku and the others throughout the course of the movie. She is seen again later in the manga.

Melissa has tealy-blue eyes that she wears frameless glasses over, and wavy golden yellow hair. Her main outfit consists of a white button-up shirt with an orangey-yellow gingham collar bow and matching trim on the sleeves, a dark pink fitted vest, an off-white pair of capri jeans, long dark pink gingham socks, and brown slouch boots. She also wears a thin brown strap watch.

Nice Holystone from Baccano!

Nice (voiced in Japanese by Yu Kobayashi and in English by Colleen Clinkenbeard) is one of the secondary main characters in the anime/light novel series Baccano!

She is the co-leader of her boyfriend Jacuzzi‘s gang, and the resident bomb expert and enthusiast.

Nice has golden brown eyes and shoulder length shaggy gold hair, and wears both a black eyepatch and a pair of glasses, with the eyepatch being on the side of her face-length scar. She wears a red, sleeveless button-up blouse, tight black pants, black fingerless gloves, and tall light brown boots.

Tomoko Higashikata

Tomoko Higashikata is a character in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. She lives in Moiroh, Japan. She is the single mother of Josuke Higashikata. She deeply misses his father, Joseph Joestar, as seen when she mistakes Jotaro Kujo for him. While Tomoko is not a Stand user, she is not afraid to assert herself, and she tries her best to be a good parent to Josuke.

Marcus from The Bear

Marcus is from the series The Bear and is played by Lionel Boyce. The Bear is about a chef named Carmen, who has quit fine dining and returns to Chicago to try and fix the run down sandwich shop, previously owned by his brother who passed. Marcus is a chef at the restaurant and handles the baking. He is a kind character that grows in his ignited passion for learning to be the best he can be in the kitchen.

Marcus wears the same uniform most of the kitchen staff does, which is a deep blue denim apron, a white shirt, black pants and non-slip shoes. He always has on a beanie that makes him stand out, which he also wears to his trip to Copenhagen in the latest season. With this we can see more of his unique style outside of his uniform.

Miss Trunchbull from Matilda the Musical (2022)

Miss Trunchbull in the 2022 adaptation of Matilda The Musical is played by Emma Thompson. Matilda was originally a book by Roald Dahl, then made into a film, and then a Broadway musical. The 2022 film is based on the musical. With all of these different versions of the classic story, Miss Trunchbull has always remained a pretty scary character!

Miss Trunchbull wears a very military inspired costume, showing her authority and seriousness for her job, being a terrible principal. Her costume hilariously fits her attitude and personality so well- from the army green trench coat, to the special belt attachment to hold her mallet. This would make a wonderfully fun and recognizable costume!

Sean Evans from Hot Ones

Sean Evans is the host of the popular YouTube series, Hot Ones. Each episode features a celebrity guest, whom Evans interviews as they eat chicken wings together. As the wings progressively get spicier, the questions get harder. Evans is particularly known for his down to earth nature, as well as his extravagant knowledge that sometimes surprises the guests he speaks with! First We Feast, the Youtube channel that hosts Hot Ones, currently has 12.5 million subscribers. Its most popular interviews showcase Gordon Ramsay, Billie Eilish, and Shaquille O’Neal.

Yoichi Saotome from Owari no Seraph/Seraph of the End

Yoichi (voiced in Japanese by Nobuhiko Okamoto and in English by Chris Burnett) is one of the secondary main characters in the anime/manga series Owari no Seraph/Seraph of the End.

He is motivated by the need to avenge his older’s sister’s death at the hands of the vampires, and ends up joining Shinoa’s squad so he is able to pursue that goal. He is the bow and arrow user of the group, and while he initially seemed rather cowardly, his true strength and personality are highlighted in the manga.

Yoichi has short fluffy brown hair, and greenish-hazel eyes. He wears the typical Moon Demon Army uniform like the others, with a black top and pants, highlighted by green detailing, white gloves, and gold and white tipped knee high boots.

Mattel CEO from Barbie (2023)

The hilarious Will Ferrell plays the CEO of Mattel in the new movie Barbie by Greta Gerwig. The actual CEO of Mattel is Ynon Kreiz, who the character is based off of. This character exists in the real world that Barbie enters and the costume reflects that.

This CEO wears a black suit with pink details like a pink shirt and pink tie, representative of Barbie at the company. Add pink socks for an extra fun detail and pair with black dress shoes or black roller skates to match the suit.

Fred and George Weasley from Harry Potter

Fred and George Weasley, played by James and Oliver Phelps, are from the infamous book and movie series, Harry Potter. Fred and George are mischievous twins at Hogwarts. They are the brother of Ron Weasley, one of the main characters of the series. They co-founded Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, a joke shop. 

Fred and George are always together, and have very outgoing and humorous personalities. This is perfectly communicated through their wardrobe. They always wear the same pieces, but with some elements in different colors, or each costume is a different color palette. Their costumes are whimsical and neutral with fun pops of color that fit these pranksters perfectly!

Greta Gerwig on the Set of Barbie

Greta Gerwig is the director of the new 2023 film Barbie. The Barbie movie follows Barbie and Ken’s journey into the real world and we meet more iconic Barbie dolls from Mattel along the way. Gerwig tends to dress in a way that fits the theme of what she is directing. For Barbie, the rest of the crew were also encouraged to wear pink to set everyday, creating an even more immersive environment for the cast. On this set Gerwig wore various coveralls or jumpsuits, and always pink headphones. Add a pink lanyard to tie it all together!
