Raine Whispers (voiced by Avi Roque) is a character from the Disney Channel animated series The Owl House.  They are the partner of Eda Clawthorne, and one of the Head Witches of Bard Coven.  They come across as a bit shy and enjoy spicy food.  Raine has mint green hair and pointed ears, and they wear large round glasses.  Cosplay sets and replica boots are available if you'd like to be as true to the original character design as possible.  You can also create your own version of the costume with a white blouse, a black and red vest, red pants, black riding boots, and a brown belt.
