Lovino Vargas, also known as South Italy or Romano, is a side character in Hetalia: Axis Powers. In contrast to his younger brother, Feliciano, he is rude and unaffectionate. But behind his tough act, he's just as clumsy and cowardly. He has assimilated Spain's culture because Spain raised him. Unlike Feliciano, he hates Germany. Attach the the pipe cleaner onto the wig and bend it to make Romano's upwards curl.
