Shinichiro (voiced in Japanese by Masaya Matsukaze and in English by Billy Kametz [before his passing], and subsequently by Alejandro Saab) is a major plot relevant character in the anime/manga series, Tokyo Revengers.

He is Mikey, Emma, and Izana's older brother, and the founder of the original Black Dragons gang. During most of the scenes we see him in, he's a mechanic that works at a motorcycle shop.

Shinichiro has short fluffy black hair and similarly colored eyes. In his mechanic outfit, he wears a white, loose sleeved t-shirt, and an unzipped pale green jumpsuit tied around his waist. When inside the shop, he wears light brown house slippers.
