Let’s break it down! In Overwatch, Lúcio Correia dos Santos who uses music to inspire social change, first in Rio de Janeiro and then around the world. He steals Vishkar Corp’s sonic technology and uses it to fight back against them, driving them out of Brazil.

Blanka makes his first appearance in Street Fighter II. As a child, he becomes stranded in the Amazon after a plane crash. There he becomes exposed to electric eels that mutate his appearance and give him his electric powers.
