Simon Aumar from Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
Simon Aumar (Justice Smith) is a character in the 2023 movie, Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. He’s a Half Elf Sorcerer. Simon managed to evade the time stop from the failed heist. When Edgin and Holga escape prison, they find Simon performing simple magic tricks to distract the audience, actually using magic to pickpocket their valuables. They enlist him to take down Lord Forge and Sofina. At first, Simon is insecure and doubtful about the mission’s success. But when put to the test, he learns to overcome his biggest obstacle – himself. He also has a crush on Doric.
Karl Mordo
Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) is an antagonist in Marvel’s Doctor Strange. In the comics, he is referred to as Baron Mordo, though a few different characters make up the movie’s portrayal. Once a sorcerer, he is a former member of the Masters of the Mystic Arts. At first, he is a student under the Ancient One and a mentor to Stephen. But when he realizes the truth about the Ancient One, Mordo cannot cope, which gives way to his reveal. In a post credit scene, Mordo confronts Pangborn and steals the mystical energy he uses to walk, which hints at his larger role as a villain in the upcoming sequel. Sorcerer Mickey Mouse is the magical form of Mickey Mouse, and his most famous role. Mickey Mouse as a sorcerer first appeared as the main character in the animated 1940 film Fantasia. He serves as an apprentice who uses his master’s magic tricks to avoid doing his chores, but soon loses control of the situation.

In the BBC series of the same name, Merlin (Colin Morgan) is a sorcerer, Dragonlord, and beloved friend/advisor to Prince Arthur Pendragon (Bradley James), the young heir to the throne. The series follows him and his adventures following his destiny in the kingdom of Camelot. His costume is often a combination of red, blue, and brown, although the blue and red pieces sometimes switch.
