Dick Roman from Supernatural
Dick Roman (played by James Patrick Stuart) was a billionaire CEO who was killed, eaten, and then impersonated by the leader of the deadly Leviathans who are released from purgatory by Castiel. Leviathan Dick keeps the original man’s arm in a cooler, complete with his expensive two-tone gold watch. Dick is eventually killed by Dean, though not until after he shoots Bobby Singer, leading to Bobby’s death. Dick wears expensive suits, often with complimentary ties and pocket squares, as is expected for a man of his socioeconomic status.
Mary Winchester from Supernatural
Mary Winchester (played by Samantha Smith) is the mother of Sam and Dean on the CW’s Supernatural. In the earliest seasons of the show, Mary is shown mostly in flashbacks, as she was murdered by the Yellow Eyed Demon when Sam was a baby. However, she is later resurrected by The Darkness as a favor for Dean. When she was originally killed, Mary wore a white nightgown. As a hunter, she opts for sensible clothing that moves well and a sharp machete or other appropriate weapon.
Bobby Singer from Supernatural
Supernatural may be coming to a close but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep dressing like your favorite hunter. And Bobby Singer (played by Jim Beaver) is almost always at the top of fans’ Favorite Hunters list. He is the surrogate father that got the boys through more tough times than any two people really ought to have. And the literal end of the world came around – every time it came around – Bobby was there to help stop it.
Cosplaying as Bobby is fairly easy. You just need work boots, jeans, a t-shirt, a plaid flannel, and a trucker cap. The t-shirt should have some sort of graphic on it, likely from any number of small diners or gas stations where Bobby stopped while on a hunt. Things get a little tricky, though, when it comes to the condition of the clothes. On top of being a hunter Bobby is a mechanic. His clothes are work-worn and often oil stained, which will take some doing when you buy the clothes brand new. It’s worth it, though, to pull off the Bobby Singer look!
And of course what hunter would want to go out without their demon hunting knife? Just be sure it complies with the weapons policy of the convention you’re attending and the location it’s in. If it doesn’t opt for salt and demon traps instead!
Jack Kline from Supernatural
On the CW’s Supernatural, Jack Kline (played by Alexander Calvert) is a nephilim born after his father, Lucifer, impregnates his human mother, Kelly Kline. Jack is new to the world, but possesses terrifying power, which can make it difficult for him to navigate his life as a hunter with Sam, Dean, and Castiel. For an extra detail, you may be able to get gold-colored contacts from your eye doctor to mimic Jack’s golden irises as a result of his status as the most powerful nephilim.
Make Your Own: The First Blade from Supernatural

Benny LaFitte
In Supernatural, Benny Lafitte (Ty Olsson) is a vampire who was turned by The Old Man. It’s Benny the Vampire who helps Dean Winchester escape purgatory, and fights off a group of vampires while Sam Winchester and Bobby Singer escape.
Jo Harvelle
Born into a family of hunters, Joanna Harvelle (Alona Tal) was a spirited, determined young woman in the series Supernatural. Prior to her mother realizing the identities of Dean and Sam Winchester, Jo effectively held the brothers prisoner in her family’s bar and repeatedly shows her abilities to hold her own against various enemies. Because her father died on a hunt, her mother is very protective of her, but ultimately can’t stop Jo from pursuing the hunting that’s in her blood. Similar to the Winchester brothers, Jo wears fairly basic utilitarian clothing.
Crowley from Supernatural
In Supernatural, Crowley (Mark Sheppard) is a powerful demon who became the King of Hell after Lucifer’s imprisonment. In the past, he’s aligned himself with Sam and Dean, as well as Castiel. Crowley enjoys dressing sharply in dark-colored suits, and was once punished by Lucifer by being forced to wear bright-colored clothing.
Lucifer from Supernatural
In Supernatural, Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino), also known as Satan or The Devil or The Morning Star, is a fallen archangel and the main antagonist, as you could’ve guessed, of the TV series. Despite his claims that he’s a victim, he’s petulant and treacherous to anyone who gets in his way.
The Darkness (Amara)
In season 10 of the TV show Supernatural, the boys unleash the Darkness: the origin of the universe and, if she has her way, the end of it. The Darkness manifests as a beautiful, sensual woman named Amara (Emily Swallow), who claims to be the sister of God. She intends to consume the universe, returning it to the original blissful state in which it began. She dresses in a revealing long black dress and sports the distinctive Mark of Cain on her shoulder.
