Wanda Maximoff (played by Elizabeth Olsen) is one of the most powerful women in the MCU. Long before she squared off against Thanos, though, she was an experiment for the Hydra scientist Baron von Strucker. She and her brother Quicksilver both gained abilities after agreeing to be von Strucker's test subjects. Wanda can move things with her mind, create force fields, and, when angry, rip nearly anything apart. The color of her energy earned her the nickname Scarlet Witch, which is also reflected in the clothes she wears. She heavily prefers the colors red and black. She also tends to wear several layers of jewelry, never content simply with one ring or necklace. She generally wears her long auburn hair down but is sometimes known to pull it back in a high ponytail. Wanda also prefers dark eye makeup and red lips with otherwise subtle makeup. She is not the type to trust easily and tries not to use her powers in too obvious a fashion unless absolutely necessary.
