Carbon Costume Crazy Steve
Crazy Steve is a recurring character in the Nickelodeon show Drake and Josh. He works at the movie premiere with Josh Nichols. As per his nickname, he is rather eccentric. He usually screams rather than speaks. He likes watching Dora the Explorer, but he quickly becomes irate with Dora's lack of observational skills. Crazy Steve is played by Jerry Trainor, who you may recognize as Spencer Shay in iCarly.
