Shinya (voiced in Japanese by Aki Kanada and in English by Barbara Goodson [P5/P5R]/Eden Riegel [P5A]) is a secondary character in the Persona 5 series.

He is a character you meet early on in the series once you unlock the arcade, as he spends most of his time there as an ace marksman in the Gun About arcade game. Once you spend more time with him he ends up becoming one of your Confidant pathways, with his arcana being that of 'The Tower'.

Shinya has choppy cut black hair and dark grey eyes, and he wears a red ball cap with GET SMOKED on it in gold lettering. His upper layer is a white and light blue varsity jacket with gold detailing, a red circle with a white '16' inside of it, and 'NOOBS' across the chest in black and white lettering. His pants are a dark grey-blue pair of jeans that are rolled up to just below the knees, and he wears midtoned blue sneakers without visible socks. This is finished off with his green, white, and red school backpack.
