Keenan Crier (voiced by Rie Kugimiya and Brianne Siddall) is a supporting character in the anime series Digimon Data Squad.  He is a member of DATS alongside Marcus Damon, Thomas N. Norstein, and Yoshi Fujieda.  Keenan has dark blue hair and wears light blue paint on his cheeks.  To begin your costume, you'll need orange shorts and a pale yellow tank top.  Add a belt at the waist and a green cloak over top.  Accessorize with a feather necklace, brown forearms sleeves, and baggy leg warmers.  Complete your look with brown sandals and a midnight blue wig.  Use red thread to wrap one lock of the wig to frame the right side of your face.
