Howard Ratner from Uncut Gems
In Uncut Gems, Howard Ratner (Adam Sandler) is a New York City jewelry dealer and gambling addict. Ratner gets in over his head with loan sharks, and is forced to retrieve a rare and valuable black opal he purchased in order to pay back his debts. As you might expect from someone from the Diamond District, gold and diamonds feature heavily in Ratner’s outfit, including a fully iced out Furby necklace.
Roz from Monsters, Inc.
In Pixar’s Monsters, Inc., Roz is a slug-like monster that is in charge of the CDA, and as such, holds all the keys to the children’s closet doors at Monsters, Inc. Roz is ever the bureaucrat, always grumpy and blasé that someone has not submitted the proper paperwork, although she reveals a softer side when she lets Sulley say his goodbyes to Boo.
Leanne Grayson from Servant
In M. Night Shyamalan’s AppleTV+ series Servant, Leanne Grayson (Nell Tiger Free) is a mysterious young woman who is hired by Dorothy and Sean Turner to move in and take care of Baby Jericho. However all is not as it seems, as Leanne is actually responsible for caring for a reborn doll after the Turners’ tragic loss, and strange happenings occur in their Philadelphia home.

In Paddington 2, Phoenix Buchanan (Hugh Grant) is an egostical ex-actor on the West End who now resorts to dog food commercials to make ends meet. Using one of his many disguises and his acting chops, Phoenix steals a special pop-up book of London from an antique shop that Paddington Brown has been saving up as a 100th birthday present for his Aunt Lucy.

It’s revealed that a planetary object was on a collision course with planet Earth, and her scientist father labored for years to build a spacecraft for her to survive, forever plugged into the spacecraft’s simulation to experience life.

In His Dark Materials, Lee Scoresby (Lin-Manuel Miranda) is a skilled aëronaut balloonist. He’s hired by the Gyptians to safely transport Lyra Belacqua to Svalbard. Lee’s dæmon is an arctic hare named Hester.
General Leia Organa from The Last Jedi
In Star Wars: The Last Jedi, General Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher) is on the deck of her flagship Raddus when the crew is expelled into deep space. Using the Force, Leia makes her way back to the ship and suppresses Poe Dameron. With the help of her brother Luke Skywalker, who distracts Kylo Ren, she makes her escape aboard the Millennium Falcon. For this costume, the star pieces are definitely the dazzling jewelry Leia wears, which stands out even more against her simple clothing.
