Jack Black as Bowser in “Peaches”
In the music video for “Peaches”, one of the featured songs from The Super Mario Bros. Movie in which he voices Bowser, Jack Black dresses in a green sequin suit and belts out a tune about his undying love for Princess Peach. He repeats the word “Peaches” about a hundred times, seated at a peach-colored grand piano with a bowl of peaches on top.
Red Witch from The Witch
In The Witch (The VVitch), Thomasin and Caleb are in the forest when a hare frightens their horse and their dog Fowler runs off. Young Caleb eventually finds Fowler’s dead body. Nearby in a thicket emerges a beautiful young woman dressed in a bright red cloak… but barefoot with disheveled clothes underneath. She seduces Caleb and gives him a kiss, then pulls him into her, with a haggard arm that reveals her true nature as an old witch.

In The Witch (or The VVitch), Thomasin (Anya Taylor-Joy) is eldest daughter of a family that is banished from a New England Puritan settlement. The family must set up a homestead in the isolated wilderness, but a malevolent spirit in the woods around them, which they suspect is a witch, begins to curse them. Blaming Thomasin, her parents make plans to send her away to serve another family.
Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat 1
In Mortal Kombat 1, Johnny Cage is a struggling but cocky action star who joins Shang Tsung’s fighting tournament. He arrives and even fights wearing formal dress clothes. However the character also gets into a more outfit to fight in, and even a Jean Claude Van Damme skin voiced by man himself. Appropriate since way back in 1992, Cage’s design was originally inspired by the Muscles from Brussels.
Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat
In Mortal Kombat, Johnny Cage is an action star modeled on Jean-Claude Van Damme’s character in Bloodsport. With his Hollywood movie career on the decline, he enters the fighting tournament to showcase his fighting skills, dressed in his trademark shades that he wears throughout the series including Mortal Kombat 11 and Mortal Kombat 1.
John Carver from Thanksgiving
In the 2023 slasher film Thanksgiving, after a Black Friday riot in Plymouth, Massachusetts ends in tragedy, the mysterious serial killer John Carver comes to town. His goal? To turn the townspeople into a Thanksgiving carving board, using creating instruments such as a meat tenderizer and turkey slicer. Make your own creepy pilgrim mask to put the finishing touch on this costume.
Vicki from Small Wonder
In Small Wonder, Vicki (Tiffany Brissette) is an android, Voice Input Child Identicant (V.I.C.I.), designed to mimic a human girl. Though she looks the part, her robotic voice, superhuman strength, and computer access panel reveal her true nature. Still, she’s welcomed by her inventor as a member of the Lawson family.
Victoria Vance from PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie
In PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, Victoria Vance (voiced by Taraji P. Henson) is a genius scientist, and can get mad, but don’t call her a mad scientist. She’s got a punk aesthetic and wears a mix of purples and teals. The most important accessory of all is a glowing meteor crystal necklace that grants her superpowers, which she stole from Ryder and the pups with the help of Mayor Humdinger.
George Harrison from the Rooftop Concert
Like most things Beatles, their 1969 rooftop concert in central London was iconic, and so were their outfits that day. Before the police eventually shut down their performance, the Fab Four played numbers from their Get Back sessions, which would ultimately comprise their final album Let It Be. George Harrison’s look is best remembered for his shaggy fur coat, bright green pants, and of course his Rosewood Tele.
