Mayor Meanswell from LazyTown
Mayor Meanswell (puppetered by David Matthew Feldman) is the uncle of Stephanie, the protagonist of LazyTown. Stephanie moves to the titular town with her uncle the Mayor and tries to teach the benefits of physical activity to its lethargic residents, including Stingy. Mayor Meanswell is a caring and joyous man, though he can sometimes come across as a bit slow on the uptake. He wears an orange suit, orange striped tie and plaid waistcoat. He also has a pocket square, brown belt, and brown shoes.
Silas Ramsbottom from Despicable Me
Silas Ramsbottom (voiced by Steve Coogan) is a supporting character in the Despicable Me franchise. As the Director of the Anti-Villain League, Silas is Lucy Wilde‘s boss. Silas is a large man with a long face. He wears dark brown pants, black shoes, and a patterned brown blazer with a teal tie.
Hugh Neutron from Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius
Hugh Neutron (voiced by Mark DeCarlo) is the father of Jimmy Neutron in the animated series Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. Hugh is certainly not where Jimmy gets his genius intellect, but he is a goofy and good-natured dad, though not very good at disciplining when necessary. Hugh has brown hair and thick eyebrows. He wears a white button down shirt, red tie, light blue sweater vest, and navy blue pants. Finish your costume with gold rimmed glasses and brown loafers.
Nicky Little from Pepper Ann
Nicky Little (voiced by Clea Lewis) is a supporting character in the 90s cartoon series Pepper Ann. Best friends with the titular Pepper Ann Pearson and Milo Kamalani, Nicky is a perfect student in many ways, often practing her violin or Italian skills. Nicky has blonde hair with bangs that fall over one eye. She wears a mint green sweater, red skirt, and brown shoes, with a blue sweatshirt tied around her waist. Tom Lee from The Tiger’s Apprentice
Tom Lee (voiced by Brandon Soo Hoo) is the main protagonist of the animated film The Tiger’s Apprentice. Tom becomes the guardian of the Zodiac after his grandmother dies. He trains with Mr. Ted Hu, a tiger and one of the Zodiac Warriors sworn to protect him. Tom has short cropped hair and wears a yellow sweatshirt over a white tee, dark jeans, and grey and black skater sneakers. He can sometimes be seen wearing over ear headphones and riding his skateboard.
Lucretia from Harvey Girls Forever!
Lucretia (voiced by Grey Griffin) is a recurring character in the Netflix animated series Harvey Girls Forever! Lucretia is upbeat and overly enthusiastic and speaks with a slight lisp. She doesn’t understand boundaries and can be a bit of obsessive, going so far as to watch Dot while she sleeps. Lucretia wears her hair partially up with a scrunchie. Her clothing consists of a white turtleneck, light blue dress, and bike shorts. Add a pink belt, white socks, and dark red Mary Jane shoes to finish the look.
Gizmo from Teen Titans
Gizmo is an antagonist in Teen Titans. Despite his small stature, he has an extensive arsenal of high-tech weapons, and a bad attitude to boot. He is a criminal expert of technology. Gizmo is one of the high ranking members of the H.I.V.E, a group of teenage supervillains.
Kitty Jo from Cattanooga Cats
Kitty Jo is a character in the animated Hanna-Barbera series, Cattanooga Cats. She is the lead singer and dancer in the titular band, with her own signature dance move. She is also Country’s steady girlfriend. Her and the other Cats appear as restaurant animatronics in the Cartoon Network/Max series, Jellystone! Use the black lipstick to draw a triangle on your nose as well as for your lips.
Gambit from X-Men ’97
Gambit, aka Remy Lebeau, is a character in X-Men 97, which is a revival of X-Men: The Animated Series. He is a mutant and former thief with the ability to charge objects with explosive kinetic energy, particularly using his bo staff and playing cards. His romantic relationship with Rogue becomes strained by Magneto’s presence. In episode five, aptly titled “Remember It,” Gambit sacrifices himself to destroy the Master Mold. His crop top look immediately endeared audiences to the character. Crop the t-shirt yourself with a pair of fabric scissors.

Frufru (voiced by Grey Griffin) is a recurring character in the Netflix animated series Harvey Girls Forever! Frufru is an arrogant and often bossy character who frequently comes into conflict with Lotta and Audrey. Frufru has dark blonde hair and wears white knee high socks, a light grey skirt, blue and white shirt, and black sweater. Her accessories include light teal earrings, matching heels, and a red and gold pin she wears on her sweater.
