Scarlet Overkill
In Minions, Scarlet Overkill (voiced by Sandra Bullock) is the world’s first female supervillain so naturally the minions want to be her henchmen. Let’s just hope they don’t accidentally kill her like all of their previous masters.
Sadness
In Inside Out, Sadness’ (voiced by Phyllis Smith) blue appearance reflects how she feels inside, especially when Joy, Anger, Disgust, and Fear ostracize her for turning Riley’s happy memories into sad ones. Eventually they all learn how important Sadness is to Riley’s emotional well-being and accept her for who she is.
GoGo Tomago
In Big Hero 6, GoGo Tomago (voiced by Jamie Chung) is a tough, athletic student and an adrenaline junkie. Did you know that inspiration for her character came from bike messengers?
Honey Lemon
In Big Hero 6, Honey Lemon (voiced by Genesis Rodriguez) is a mad scientist with a cheerful disposition. She works at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology and lends her support in creating the superhero team Big Hero 6.
Fear
In Inside Out, Fear (voiced by Bill Hader) is one of Riley’s emotions whose basic instinct is to avoid anything that might be potentially fatal or dangerous. His straight-laced appearance and outfit reflects his uptight, nervous personality.
Shura Kirigakure
In Blue Exorcist, Shura Kirigakure is an Upper First Class Exorcist who works for the Vatican. The symbols on her chest and abdomen are seals from which she can produce various items like her demon sword. Even though her outfit and attitude might seem laid-back and carefree, she takes her job of destroying anything related to Satan seriously.
Joy
In Inside Out, Joy (voiced by Amy Poehler) is the leader of Riley’s emotions and does her best to keep Riley happy at all times even if that means keeping Sadness separated from all of her memories. Eventually Joy learns that not all of Riley’s problems can be solved by happiness and that sometimes sadness has a role in Riley’s life too.
