Octavia has messy hair and long grey tail feathers. She wears a pink dress and black beanie. To recreate her look, don’t be afraid to be a little interpretive. White face paint with purple eyeshadow can evoke her unique appearance. The wings pictured, though meant to be worn over the arms, can be detached into two halves and worn on the legs if you’re feeling particularly crafty. (Safety pins can do a lot to help secure them in place by pinning them to other items of clothing.) If you are just looking for a short-term costume, gold star stickers can be added to the dress for an evening. Otherwise, you may want to get out the hot glue gun or splurge for iron-on patches in the same star shape.
