Dylan George (voiced by Zach Cherry) is one of the most productive Macrodata Refiners in Severance.  Dylan is motivated by the small perks Lumon Industries provides and is prone to profanity-laden outbursts.  Alongside Mark S. and Irving B., Dylan does his best to welcome Helly R. to their department.  After an episode where Dylan's "innie" is awakened at home, he becomes less complacent and interested in revealing the secrets Lumon is hiding.  Dylan hasa  scruffy beard and mustache and wears a pair of glasses low on his nose.  At work, he wears suits and ties, and has his blue key card on a lanyard around his neck.
