Helga Sinclair (voiced by Claudia Christian) is the secondary antagonist of the Disney animated feature Atlantis: The Lost Empire.  She serves as Preston Whitmore's second-in-command on the expedition to Atlantis which assembles a crew including Milo Thatch and Audrey Ramirez to find the mythical city.  Helga has long blonde hair usually worn in a braid.  Throughout the film, she wears a few different outfits, though is mostly seen in a pair of olive green military-style pants and brown boots, as well as gloves, and wearing either a white tank top or black turtleneck.
