Julian Devorak is a fugitive doctor and one of the six available love interests in the mobile game The Arcana: A Mystic Romance - Love Story.  Julian, also known as Ilya, is both charismatic and theatrical, with a flair for drama.  His patron arcana is The Hanged Man, which gave Julian the power to heal in exchange for unwanted memories.  Julian is tall and gangly, with messy auburn hair and an eye patch that covers the damaged sclera of his right eye, he also often wears a red-lined trench coat draped casually over his shoulders.  Though this exact item can be difficult to find, a more common red-lined cape or cloak can help achieve a similar look.
