Louie is a character from Pikmin 2.  A ravenous co-worker of Captain Olimar, Louie is new to the shipping business he now works for.  Louie wears a yellow suit and blue gloves.  You can add some blue fabric paint to your shoes to get yours to match his appearance from the game a little better.  By using a clear acrylic globe, you'll be able to mimic the look of a space suit.  Use a dab of glue and blue piper cleaners to imitate the antenna on Louie's helmet.
