Mr. Moseby

Mr. Moseby (Phil Lewis) is a main character in Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. He is the stern and uptight manager of the Tipton Hotel. He acts as a father figure towards London Tipton, the daughter of the hotel's owner. Mr. Moseby probably doesn't get paid enough to deal with Zack and Cody's tomfoolery. His usual catchphrase is "Good luck with that."
