Highly competitive and great at almost any extreme sport, Oswald "Otto" Rocket is zooming around Ocean Shores with his friends. Otto doesn't mind a challenge, so he constantly tries out new tricks. He usually does surfing, skate boarding, cycling, and long boarding. He is also captain of the youth league street hockey team, and can often be seen at at his dad's shop, the Shore Shack.
