I Still Love You, Lara Jean Covey (played by Lana Condor) finds herself having to choose between her dreamy boyfriend Peter Kavinsky and a new love interest who responds to one of her original letters, John Ambrose. While much of Lara’s signature vintage-infused style is seen in the film, she also gets to dress up more for some exciting events including her first date with Peter, a traditional Korean New Year celebration, and a ball she and John Ambrose throw at the nursing home where they both volunteer.

Jason Mendoza The Good Place

Jason Mendoza from The Good Place

Lovable yet painfully unintelligent, Jason Mendoza (Manny Jacinto) is one of the supporting characters in The Good Place. Like Eleanor, he was inducted by mistake. He must pose as a silent Tibetian monk, but in reality, he’s a “pre-successful” DJ from Florida. When faced with a problem, his solution is to toss a Molotov cocktail at it. Another option for an outfit is a Jacksonville Jaguars football jersey. Bonus points if you rep Blake Bortles, aka Jason’s favorite player.

Captain Sea Hawk from She-Ra and The Princesses of Power

Captain Seahawk voiced by Jordan Fisher is a quirky character in the She-Ra universe. He tends to over-exaggerate his heroic nature but never the less has a good heart and works alongside the princess alliance. He is infatuated with princess Mermista who eventually warms up to him as well. This costume is comfortable and casual. For a little extra flair mimicking seahawk’s mustache with a brow pencil could complete the look.

Sam Wilson from Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Sam Wilson from Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Sam Wilson (played by Anthony Mackie) has been a staple in the MCU since his introduction in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Using the code name Falcon, he has been at Steve Rogers’ side through every battle since the resurgence of Hydra. In the comics he is as close to Steve as Bucky is, sharing such a deep bond with the original Captain America that the two can formulate plans with little more than glances and nods of the head. They have a similar relationship in the MCU, though it is a little more understated.

It is no wonder, though, that Sam is the one Steve chooses to carry on the legacy of Captain America when he retires. Although fans still aren’t sure exactly how that will work out, we got a few hints when Disney+ dropped its Super Bowl spot. Viewers got a glimpse of Sam in a grey pullover and comfortable jeans with his iconic shield on his arm. It’s a simple look but the understated costume just highlights how comfortable he feels with the shield on his arm!

Bloom from Winx Club

Bloom from Winx Club

Bloom – also known as Princess Bloom and the Fair of the Dragon Flame – is the leader of the original Winx Club (voiced by Molly C. Quinn on the Nickelodeon version). She is also the protector and Princess of Domino. All of these together have led her on some amazing adventures and each of them have added to or changed her look in some way. But there are two looks that are iconic and stand out as her original costumes.

These are her two looks from the first season – one when she is a civilian and the other when she is in her fairy form. In her civilian form she prefers yellow wedge-heeled sandals, bell bottoms with stars around the cuffs, an a crop top in yellow and blue. You’ll have to layer two tops – or do a bit of sewing – to get a top like hers. And you will have to add applique stars to the bottom of some bell bottoms to get that exact look. But with a long red wig, you’ve got a spot-on cosplay!

Her fairy form is a little glitzier. Blue wings match a shimmering blue skirt and crop top as well as heeled boots in darker blue. Any large gold pendant can stand as her necklace and a little styling turns the wig from her normal look to one fit for a fairy!
