Ronald McDonald is one of the most iconic mascots the world over.  A twist on the classic clown motif, Ronald has been making kids smile and promoting the international fast food chain McDonald's since the 1960s.  He was briefly joined by Mayor McCheese, the Hamburglar, Grimace, Birdie the Early Bird, and The Fry Kids in the 1970s, though none of these had the staying power of the original mascot.  Ronald's look includes plenty of yellow and red, with red and white striped shirt and socks, big clown shoes, and a curly red wig.
