Ethan/Gold from Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver
Gold (Ethan) (voiced in Pokemon Masters Ex in Japanese by Daisuke Hirose and in English by Ted Sroka) is the main protagonist of the Pokemon games (Heart)Gold and (Soul)Silver.
In this iteration of his design, he has the same sort of hair style he does throughout the rest, with short black hair styled out into a very long bang piece, with a black and gold cap worn over top. His eyes are a mid-toned grey color. Gold’s main outfit for this version consists of a red zip up jacket with white and black details, worn over a black shirt, and black capri pants. This is finished off with a white and black shoulder bag strapped across his chest, and red and white sneakers.
Bandit from Smokey and the Bandit
Bandit is the main character from the 1977 film, Smokey and the Bandit, and is played by Burt Reynolds. It follows Bandit as he attempts to illegally transport beer and ends up on a high-speed chase.
To dress like Bandit, wear a tan cowboy hat, a red wrangler shirt, western-style blue jeans, brown cowboy boots, and a brown western belt with a silver and turquoise buckle. Optionally, you can also add a black leather jacket over it.
Ned Leeds from Spider-Man Home Trilogy
Ned Leeds is a character from the Spiderman Home Trilogy, and is played by Jacob Batalon. Ned is the best friend and supporting character of Peter Parker in the series.
To dress like Ned, wear a blue and yellow letterman’s jacket over a gray graphic tee, or a blue zip jacket over a light red button-down shirt. This would make a fun group or duo costume alongside Spider-man.
Minsc from Baldur’s Gate 3
Minsc is a character from the video game, Baldur’s Gate 3. He is a Human Ranger who appeared in the previous games as well. More notably, he is a Rashemaar berserker from the matriarchal nation of Rasheman. Minsc can become a Companion in Act 3 if the player helps Jahiera on her personal quest. What he lacks in intelligence he makes up for in brawn and determination. You rarely see Minsc without Boo, his beloved hamster companion.
The Phantom of the Opera (2004)
The Phantom of the Opera (2004) is a screen adaptation of the broadway musical. It tells the story of the Phantom who resides in a Paris opera house. He attempts to get closer to a singer named Christine.
To dress like the Phantom, wear a white mask, a Victorian white shirt, a maroon vest and cravat, black gloves, an finally a black cape or coat.
Noé Archiviste from The Case Study of Vanitas
Noé (voiced in Japanese by Kaito Ishikawa and in English by Stephen Fu) is one of the main protagonists in the anime/manga series The Case Study of Vanitas, as well as the narrator of the story.
He is a vampire and Vanitas‘ traveling companion, showing interest in his mission in curing vampires that have fallen to the Malnomen curse. While traveling, he’s interested in seeing how the ‘Book of Vanitas’ that the other carries works, as he first went looking after it to research it.
Noé has greyish-white semi-short hair, worn slightly in his face, and light lavender eyes. His usual outfit consists of a long sleeved, dark grey button up shirt, worn with a large black bow ribbon around his neck, and a white and lavender vest over top, with white gloves covering his hands. He also wears a pair of white slacks, held up with a black belt, and knee-high black riding boots. Occasionally he also wears a long white traveling coat over his regular clothes, in addition to a tall white top hat with a purple band and gold/glass details.
Steve from A Minecraft Movie Trailer
In the long-awaited trailer for 2025’s A Minecraft Movie, Steve (Jack Black) makes his entrance, declaring “I… Am Steve”. Despite his fiery introduction, people have been left underwhelmed, feeling the blue shirt costume is a symptom that this film’s nothing more than a low-effort cash grab. Whether the theatrical release lives up to the legacy of Minecraft remains to be seen.
Jean and Gene Thibedeau from The Umbrella Academy
In season 4 of The Umbrella Academy, Jean (Megan Mullally) and Gene Thibedeau (Nick Offerman) are a married couple, just like their real-life counterparts. They’re the mysterious leaders of a group called The Keepers. Besides being cult leaders, in their off-time they enjoy dancing to Cher, milking alpacas, and wearing matching western wear.
Wild Bill from GI Joe
In GI Joe, Wild Bill (voiced by Frank Welker) is the pilot of the Dragonfly helicopter. After service in the Vietnam War as William S. Hardy, he received specialized training and joined the GI Joe team. He’s also an expert scout and tracker, skills he acquired hunting as a child in Texas. In his off time, he enjoys telling tall tales and singing country western songs.
Vanitas from The Case Study of Vanitas
Vanitas (voiced in Japanese by Natsuki Hanae and in English by Zeno Robinson) is the titular protagonist of the anime/manga series The Case Study of Vanitas.
He proclaims himself as a medical specialist in regards to vampires, and uses his ‘Book of Vanitas’ to cure the Malnomen curse that said vampires have fallen under. During his journeys he is joined by Noé, a vampire who he then recruits into helping with the researching of various Malnomen cases and the following treatment of them.
Vanitas has black hair that he wears in a long, low ponytail, and very vibrant blue eyes. He wears several earrings, mostly around the shell of his ear, as well as a gold and blue dangling hourglass and gem on his left ear. His under outfit consists of a two-toned blue vest over a white button-up shirt that he wears with the collar flared up, and a giant light blue bowtie around it. Around his waist he wears a holster for his knives and the book, with an enormous bluey-white ribbon underneath for padding, and then just a simple pair of black pants with a pair of black and white spat boots. His gloves are very long to cover the markings on his hand, and the nails are extremely sharp. Over top of everything he wears a very oversized, billowing black coat with a blue lining on the inside.
