Catherine of Aragon from SIX! the Musical
“There’s n-n-n-n-no way!” Catherine of Aragon is a historical figure and character in SIX the Musical. She is the first wife who got divorced from Henry VIII. She had five miscarriages with only a surviving daughter, who would become Queen Mary. When Henry VIII became enamored with Anne Boleyn, he sought to marry her instead, thus needing to separate from Catherine. Her song “No Way” references her spirited refusal to grant him a divorce, defending herself as his true wife and rightful Queen of England. Renee Lamb starred in the original UK tour and Adrianna Hicks originated the role on Broadway. This is admittedly the most difficult SIX outfit to recreate, but we suggest some items that play off the design of the costume. Use the studded trim on the corset top and skirt. Want more queendom? Willow Park from The Owl House
Willow Park (voiced by Tati Gabrielle) is a talented witch on the Disney Channel series The Owl House. Willow is friends with Gus and Luz, and she has a natural affinity for plant magic. Once on the abomination track, Willow now follows the plant track at Hexside. Willow’s costuming is very classically elven in nature, consisting of green underlayers, black boots, and a cowl.
Crimson from Total Drama
Crimson (voiced by Stacey DePasse) is a brooding character from the cartoon parody show Total Drama. Crimson and her boyfriend Ennui are contestants in The Ridonculous Race. Crimson is quite knowledgeable, though she has a very limited emotional range. She is committed to her boyfriend, even when he sports his de-gothed appearance. Crimson’s style consists of dark reds and blacks, and is the perfect chance to reboot some of your old Hot Topic gear from your high school days.
Jackie Burkhart
Jackie Burkhart (Mila Kunis) is a main character in That 70’s Show. Her father is a lawyer with an expensive lifestyle, so Jackie is used to flaunting their wealth. Some may simply classify Jackie as the mean girl with a bossy attitude, but she’s driven and won’t settle for anything less. For instance, she finally breaks up with Kelso, who repeatedly cheats on her. Furthermore, Jackie is sensitive and genuinely wants others to care about her. She’s closest with Donna as the only two girls in the group, As seen in this costume guide, she has a preppy, girly sense of style.
Moira O’Hara from American Horror Story
Moira O’Hara is a character in American Horror Story. She appears in the first season, Murder House, as one of the many ghosts doomed to live in the house forever. The cause of her death was getting shot in the eye by Constance Langdon, who caught her husband making advances on her. To women, she appears as her “true self” — a pleasant elderly lady with a gray left eye. To men, she appears as a young seductress. In her words, this is because women see things for as they are whereas men see only what they desire. She befriends Vivian and tries to help during her pregnancy, but she preys on Ben’s adulterous desires. Frances Conroy plays her older self, and Alexandra Breckenridge plays her younger self as seen in this costume guide.
Scorpio
Scorpio (October 23rd to November 21st) is the fixed water sign of the zodiac and 8th on the zodiac wheel. Scorpios are the most calculating of any water sign. Symbolized by the scorpion they are known have a mysterious and somewhat dangerous quality. They do not show their plans to others or talk much about themselves. Recluse Scorpios are ruled by the planet Pluto. Scorpios tend to have an outer shell that fronts as thorny to many but are quite sensitive and soft characters once they are willing to open up. This costume is mostly black monochromatic with silver and brown details. A fitting look for any Scorpio on Halloween night.
Claire Novak from Supernatural
On the CW show Supernatural, Claire Novak (played by Kathryn Newton). Claire is the daughter of Amelie and Jimmy Novak, who provides Castiel with his human vessel. Claire is a troubled teenager before reuniting with Castiel and eventually living with Jody Mills, where she takes up hunting. Claire often wears a leather jacket and some dark eyeliner, though her long blonde hair is her most distinguishing feature.
Jane Seymour from Six! The Musical
Jane Seymour is a historical figure and character in SIX the Musical. She is the third wife of Henry VIII who died giving birth to their son. Her song, “Heart of Stone” is a pop ballad about her steadfast love for her husband. This is the most positive reflection of Henry VIII in the show, for Jane claims he’s the only one he truly loved. Natalie Paris starred in the original UK tour and Abby Mueller originated the role on Broadway. Cut the neckline of the dress to match the picture, with a stripe of fabric along your collarbone. Use the white ribbon on the bust of the dress and glue studded trim, as well as along the corset and skirt. Glue the chain necklace on either side so it goes across. Want more queendom? In Three Billboard Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Frances McDormand plays Mildred Hayes, the mother of murdered teenager Angela. Mildred is frustrated that, seven months after her daughter’s death, there are still no leads or arrests. Mildred rents three billboards to challenge the local police chief, Bill Willoughby, to solve the case. Mildred is a domestic abuse survivor with a short temper; her tenacity and grit are essential to standing up to the local police and harassing locals. Mildred’s costuming consists mostly of thermal long-sleeved shirts and coveralls.

Smiles wears a mask to hide her front teeth and braces. She is a popular video star that talks about seeking fitness. One day, an incident sparks her friendship with a quiet boy named Cherry. Smile connects with Cherry the way she can’t with others in Words Bubbling Up Like Cider (Cider no You ni Kotoba ga Wakiagaru).
