In The Penguin, Sofia Falcone (Cristin Milioti) is unjustly committed to Arkham Asylum by her mobster father when she starts asking too many questions about her mother's death. There she's subjected to unspeakable torture, and if she wasn't crazy before, she is when she gets out. On release after 10 long years, she enacts revenge on everyone in the family who supported her stay in the asylum with a gas mask on her face. For Sofia's costume, you can dress up as either her Arkham Asylum patient or her vengeful version.
